Start – Welcome to Alfa Marine Solutions

We are a marine integrator: a single point of contact for marine spare parts, supply, and technical support for shipowners and operators. AMS was founded in 2018 and is built on more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the marine industry, gained by our team across operational and commercial roles in shipping, including ship agency and procurement and logistics management for some of the largest shipping companies in Poland.

That dual background, having worked on both the buying and supplying sides of marine procurement, lets us understand exactly what an owner needs and source it efficiently.

Experience

We have supplied marine spare parts and services for vessels trading worldwide, including bulk carriers, general cargo ships, tankers, and passenger ferries. Our work spans marine spare parts, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and warehousing. We cooperate closely with major manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), licensed and alternative makers.

Quality

Marine spare parts are critical to safe and efficient shipping, yet we repeatedly found that quality was inconsistent and that lead times from original manufacturers were often too long. Drawing on years of market research and direct work with manufacturers worldwide, we built a network of certified suppliers, including OEM sub-vendors, licensed makers, and parts distributors, who deliver exactly what you need at competitive prices. AMS supplies spare parts to shipowners and ship managers to optimize budgets while maintaining a high standard of technical maintenance. We also supply service companies, whose engineers value our quality and on-time delivery. We provide marine spare parts for MAN, Mitsui, Hyundai, WinGD, Daihatsu, Yanmar, MAK, Deutz, CAT, Cummins, Himsen, Doosan and many other engine brands.

Through our network of certified subcontractors, we can also coordinate:

  • injector and fuel pump overhauls, carried out by authorized Bosch and Delphi service centers
